Questions firms ask about pricing.
What is a seat?
A named user, a partner, associate or paralegal, with their own login, signature block and work history. Seats are named rather than concurrent, and you can reassign one to a new joiner at no charge.
What are tokens, and what happens when we use them up?
Tokens are the unit the models bill in; roughly speaking, a thousand tokens is about seven hundred words read or written. Every suite seat carries 5 million a month, or 60 million a year on the yearly plan. Past that, usage is billed pay as you go at standard rates, with no interruption to the work. The Analytics tab shows exactly what every task consumed.
What does Premium add?
Four things on top of the full suite: Talk to your Files, so you can ask questions across a matter bundle; Legwork Docketing, the firm's one book of matters, hearings and limitation; the Feedback Loop, which lets drafts learn over time from what your desk corrects and approves; and WhatsApp and email support from a person.
When is Docketing complimentary?
With any full stack, or any combination of full stacks, whether you take it as a plan or build it yourself below. It is also part of every Premium suite plan. On its own, Docketing Standard is ₹999 per seat a month on storage, and Docketing Premium is ₹2,999 on tokens.
When does Enterprise make sense?
When Legwork is going onto most desks across more than one practice, or when the plan needs things the list prices don't cover: integrations with the firm's accounting, case management, HR or CRM systems, a firm-wide token pool, precedent training per practice group, or a single annual agreement across offices. There is no list price for it. Message the founder and we quote the firm, not the seat.
Can we change the mix later?
Yes. Add or drop agents and whole stacks at any time. Additions are prorated to your current cycle; removals take effect at the next renewal. Nothing you have already generated is ever locked away.
Why is a whole stack cheaper than the agents inside it?
Because the agents compound. An availability search feeds the filing advisory, which feeds the prosecution drafter, which feeds the audit report. A desk running the whole chain gets more out of each agent than one running it alone, and the stack rate reflects that.
Is GST included?
No. All prices are per seat, exclusive of GST, in Indian rupees. Firms outside India are invoiced in rupees at these rates.
