What is a seat?
A named user, a partner, associate or paralegal, with their own login, signature block and work history. Seats are named rather than concurrent, and you can reassign one to a new joiner at no charge. Seats apply to the IP suites only: Legwork Docketing is one price for the whole firm, with any number of users and its storage and credits pooled.
What are credits, and what happens when we use them up?
Credits are how AI usage is counted: every draft, search, reading of a file and answer draws on them, in proportion to the work involved. Every suite seat carries a monthly allowance set by its tier: 5,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Professional, 20,000 on Enterprise, twelve times that on a yearly plan. The meter in Usage & Billing turns amber at half, warns at 80%, and at 100% the AI features pause until the 1st. When the allowance runs out, buy a credit pack from Usage & Billing inside the app and carry on; packs are credit and never expire. Usage & Billing shows the exact count used, and the Analytics tab shows what every task consumed.
What separates Starter, Professional and Enterprise?
The monthly credit allowance — 5,000, 10,000 or 20,000 per seat — and the assistants. Every tier has every agent in the suite, 10 GB of storage per seat, the Feedback Loop, Legwork Docketing Standard, and WhatsApp and email support. Professional and Enterprise add the four credit-heavy assistants: Legwork Co-Pilot (the home-screen chat that opens the right agent from a description of the matter), Talk to your Files, Case Law Research and Gmail connectivity. On Starter you open each agent from the sidebar instead. Pick the tier by how much open-ended work the desk does in a month; a credit pack covers an unusually busy one.
When is Docketing complimentary?
Docketing Standard, the whole book, comes complimentary with any full stack or combination of full stacks, whether you take it as a plan or build it yourself below, and with every suite plan. Docketing Premium, which adds the AI layer (matters opened from the papers, Document Drop, Research and the research memo, the copilot), is ₹4,999 a month for the whole firm, with 5,000 credits. On its own, Standard is ₹999 per seat a month on storage.
When does Enterprise make sense?
When Legwork is going onto most desks across more than one practice, or when the plan needs things the list prices don't cover: integrations with the firm's accounting, case management, HR or CRM systems, a firm-wide credit pool, precedent training per practice group, or a single annual agreement across offices. There is no list price for it. Message the founder and we quote the firm, not the seat.
Can we change the mix later?
Yes. Add or drop agents and whole stacks at any time. Additions are prorated to your current cycle; removals take effect at the next renewal. Nothing you have already generated is ever locked away.
Why is a whole stack cheaper than the agents inside it?
Because the agents compound. The filing advisory feeds the prosecution drafter, which feeds the audit report, which feeds the opposition drafter. A desk running the whole chain gets more out of each agent than one running it alone, and the stack rate reflects that.
Is GST included?
No GST is charged. Legwork AI Labs Private Limited is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. Suite prices are per seat and Docketing prices are per firm, in Indian rupees; firms outside India are invoiced in rupees at these rates.
